I've tried setting up our ROEST S100 for a couple of demonstrations, but it hasn't gone well. It's next to impossible to connect to wifi using Particle. Even when I pop the top off the roaster to reset the the blinking blue LED, it still does not result in a successful outcome.

While I can run the five profiles already loaded onto the ROEST, it would be nice to be able to show the real time roast curve as it develops.

Is there a better way to do this, something I'm not doing already? Is it easier if I set up my phone as a hotspot (which I don't know how to do)?

Advice would be most welcome. I love using our ROEST, but using it off-site is something of an Achilles Heel.
